Extended Technical Support

If your technical support has expired, purchase more technical support here. We offer 3 choices:

  • 1 hour or 1 year (whichever comes first) for $50
  • 2 hours or 1 year (whichever comes first) for $100
  • 3 hours or 1 year (whichever comes first) for $150

Notes to multi-line auto dialer users:

  1. A minimum purchase of 3 hours of technical support is required.
  2. The Automated Call Center software (customer number beginning with "AD", or with only digits) is no longer available or supported. If you need support for the Automated Call Center software, you will be required to upgrade to the Ultimate or Xtreme Auto Dialer software. Please contact your sales representative if you want to purchase an upgrade from the Automated Call Center or Auto Dialer Express, which includes 3 hours of technical support.
